ABOUT
We are two interior designers, a mother and daughter, who have spent thirty years understanding the difference between a home that looks right and one that actually works.
The practice began in one house. It is now carried across two. The philosophy is the same; the application is each our own.
We work from the homes we live in, the spaces we design, and the makers we visit. A heritage British box maker, a British pottery, craftspeople who care as much about what they make as we do about why we make it.
Everything begins with a problem we can't solve by buying. A vessel that sits quietly on a table without interrupting it. Objects that don't announce themselves but that you'd notice immediately if they weren't there.
That instinct - to make what doesn't exist, from honest materials, built to last - is what ANALOGY is.
For those who want fewer, better things.

PERMANENCE
THE OBJECTS
Our pieces are functional art. Designed to work, made to live with, quiet in a space. Each one exists because the alternative didn't meet the standard we hold everything to: form and function, inseparable.
We release slowly. Only what we believe in.
WHAT'S COMING
We are working on new pieces — for the home, for the table, for evenings worth remembering.
If you'd like to know first:
We send rarely. Only when it's worth it.
