Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you'd like to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
