Christmas 2026 is ANALOGY’s first full Christmas season.

FORM 01 first appeared in limited numbers during a pre-launch pop-up last Christmas. This year is the first time our refillable stoneware candles and Continuation refills will be available throughout the Christmas gift-guide period.

Kindred Winter returns for Christmas, with release planned for late September.

ABOUT ANALOGY

ANALOGY creates handmade refillable stoneware candles designed to be kept.

Founded by mother and daughter Amanda and Sunny, the idea grew out of years spent working with interiors and thinking about the objects that earn their place in a room.

FORM 01 is a handmade refillable stoneware candle made in Britain.

When the candle is finished, the stoneware remains. A new candle is added using a Continuation refill.

THE IDEA BEHIND FORM 01

Most candles are treated as finished when the wax is finished.

That bothered us.

Refillable candles solve the obvious problem: when the wax runs out, the vessel doesn’t have to go with it.

But that leaves a harder question:

Is the vessel worth keeping?

That became the starting point for FORM 01.

Its form is deliberately restrained. There is no decoration added for the sake of it. Material, proportion and making do the work.

The aim was to make an object that could remain relevant as rooms, homes and tastes change.

A candle you buy once, then continue with refills.

FORM 01 £58

FORM 01 is a handmade refillable stoneware candle made in Britain.

Available in CHALK and PEAT, each vessel is individually made and carries the small variations in form and finish that come with the process.

CHALK is pale, softly matte and chalky.

PEAT is darker and moodier, with a deep black-brown matte glaze painted by hand.

Includes the handmade stoneware vessel and first 40+ hour candle.

FORM 01 arrives in a handmade stapled presentation box, inspired by traditional archival document boxes.

For someone who does not need another disposable nice thing, FORM 01 is designed to be used, refilled and kept.

KINDRED WINTER

Planned for release late September 2026

Kindred Winter is our winter fragrance and since we have improved the recipe, it is currently completing final testing ahead of its Christmas release.

From the limited number released during our pre-launch last Christmas, Kindred Winter has become our most popular fragrance to date.

Some of the customers who bought FORM 01 at that pre-launch pop-up have continued to use Kindred Winter throughout the year.

FORM 01 STARTER SET £70

The FORM 01 Starter Set includes FORM 01 with its first candle plus the first Continuation refill.

Available in CHALK or PEAT.

Two of our signature fragrances, with the next candle already there when the first is finished.

FORM 01 TABLE £58

FORM 01 TABLE was created for a different problem.

Fragrance competes with food, so TABLE is deliberately unscented.

Traditional taper candles create another problem. Their height can interrupt sightlines and they are easily knocked when serving dishes are passed around.

FORM 01 TABLE is low and carefully proportioned to sit among plates, glasses and serving dishes without getting in the way of food or conversation.

It gives the atmosphere of candlelight while leaving the food to provide the scent.

Available in CHALK and PEAT and supplied with its first 40+ hour unscented candle.

When that candle is finished, TABLE can be refilled with an Unscented Continuation or any of our fragranced Continuation refills.

CONTINUATION REFILLS

Continuation is our range of ready-made candle refills for FORM 01.

Each is hand-poured in Britain using rapeseed and coconut wax and provides 40+ hours of use.

Choose a different fragrance with each refill or return to the same one.

PRESS SAMPLE BOX

For editors who would like a physical introduction to ANALOGY, FORM 01 press sample boxes are available on request.

Each contains samples of both FORM 01 stoneware finishes:

And fragrance samples of:

  • Kindred Winter

The box is a smaller version of the FORM 01 presentation box and allows the materials, finishes and fragrances to be experienced without requiring a full product sample.
