CHRISTMAS 2026

Christmas 2026 is ANALOGY’s first full Christmas season.

FORM 01 first appeared in limited numbers during a pre-launch pop-up last Christmas. This year, FORM 01, FORM 01 TABLE and Continuation refills are available throughout the Christmas season, alongside a series of gift sets designed around the refill system. 

Our Christmas fragrance, Kindred Winter, is now available, with our new FIG fragrance joining the collection in mid-November.

ABOUT ANALOGY

Founded by mother and daughter Amanda and Sunny, ANALOGY grew out of Amanda’s 30 years working with interiors and noticing why some objects continue to work as homes, rooms and tastes change, while others eventually get edited out.

FORM 01 is the first ANALOGY object: a handmade stoneware candle, made in Britain and designed to be refilled rather than replaced.

When the candle is finished, the stoneware remains. A new candle is added using a Continuation refill.

THE IDEA BEHIND FORM 01

FORM 01 began with a simple problem.

After years of buying and being given candles, Amanda couldn’t find one she wanted to put into her own interiors. Too many felt like packaging for fragrance, relied on decoration, colour or branding, or were simply too heavy and clunky.

So FORM 01 was approached as an object first.

Its fine rim, slight taper, small foot and matte stoneware surface are deliberately restrained. The form and proportion do the work rather than decoration.

The test was not whether FORM 01 looked good in one particular interior. It was whether it could keep belonging as interiors changed.

Before the design was signed off, it was tested in a very modern interior, a mid century home, a Georgian country house, and a Tudor cottage. It had to work in all of them.

Once we had made an object we wanted to keep, throwing the whole thing away when the wax was finished made no sense.

The refill system followed.

FORM 01 is handmade in Britain.

Available in CHALK and PEAT, each vessel is individually made and carries the small variations in form and finish that come with the process.

CHALK is pale, softly matte and chalky.

PEAT is darker and moodier, with a deep black-brown matte glaze painted by hand.

FORM 01 includes the handmade stoneware vessel and first 40+ hour candle and arrives in a handmade stapled presentation box, inspired by traditional archival document boxes.

Inspired by an ancient fig tree growing against the south-east wall of The Cedars, our Norfolk home. A tree that had been left to grow wild for more than 50 years, and which continues to flourish.

WHITE TRACE 
Quiet luxury available now

Soft linen and cashmere. Light, warm and quietly sophisticated.

White Trace has been described as making a home smell "effortlessly expensive". A beautifully understated fragrance that brings a sense of quiet luxury to a room without announcing itself.

An alternative to traditional seasonal fragrances, with an appeal that extends well beyond winter.

All three fragrances are available for FORM 01 and as Continuation refills.

FORM 01 TABLE £58

FORM 01 TABLE was created specifically for the dinner table.

Fragrance competes with food, so TABLE is deliberately unscented.

Traditional taper candles create another problem. Their height can interrupt sightlines and they are easily knocked when serving dishes are passed around.

FORM 01 TABLE is low and carefully proportioned to sit among plates, glasses and serving dishes without getting in the way of food or conversation.

It gives the atmosphere of candlelight while leaving the food to provide the scent.

Available in CHALK and PEAT and supplied with its first 40+ hour unscented candle.

When that candle is finished, TABLE can be refilled with an Unscented Continuation or any of our fragranced Continuation refills.

CONTINUATION REFILLS

Continuation is our range of ready-made candle refills for FORM 01.

Each is hand-poured in Britain using rapeseed and coconut wax and provides 40+ hours of use.

Choose a different fragrance with each refill or return to the same one.

The finished wax insert simply drops into FORM 01, there is nothing to pour.
