FORM 01 TABLE pairs our handmade stoneware vessel with its first unscented 40+ hour candle, bringing warmth and atmosphere to the table.

Low and carefully proportioned, it sits comfortably among plates, glasses and serving dishes, keeping sightlines open and not getting in the way of food being passed across the table.

Choose CHALK or PEAT. When the candle is finished, replace the wax insert rather than the vessel and light again.

Why unscented?

At the table, the scent should come from the food.

Fragranced candles can compete with what you're eating and drinking, so FORM 01 TABLE is deliberately unfragranced.

You still get the warmth, softness and atmosphere of candlelight, without adding another scent to the meal.

For long lunches, dinner parties and everyday suppers.

Form 01 Table arrives with your first candle fill. Light it and enjoy!

2. Refill

Keep Form 01 Table. When the first fill has burnt down, simply place Form 01 Table into a bowl of hot water (not quite boiling) for a few minutes and the residue wax will loosen and pop out easily. Wipe the inside out with a paper towel, pop in your refill, and repeat...

3. Continue

Again and again. Change scents with the seasons or stay with your favourites year round.

Each TABLE Continuation is hand-poured in Britain using a natural blend of rapeseed and coconut wax.

Unfragranced and free from paraffin wax, it is made specifically for FORM 01 and gives you more than 40 hours of pure candlelight with every refill.

Need it sooner? Express 2-working-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 5pm Monday–Friday.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

FAQ

Why is FORM 01 TABLE unscented?
Because fragrance can compete with the aromas of food and wine. TABLE is deliberately unfragranced so you can have the atmosphere of candlelight without adding another scent to the meal.

How long does the candle burn?
Each TABLE fill gives you more than 40 hours of candlelight.

How do I replace the refill?
When the candle is finished, place FORM 01 in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. The remaining wax will loosen and lift out. Wipe the vessel clean and drop in a fresh TABLE Continuation refill.

Can I use a fragranced Continuation in FORM 01 TABLE?
Yes. FORM 01 TABLE uses the same vessel and refill format as every FORM 01, so you can switch to any fragranced Continuation whenever you like.

Use Unscented for the table, then choose Coastal Light, White Trace or another fragrance when you want FORM 01 elsewhere in the home.

What is the difference between CHALK and PEAT?
CHALK has a soft, pale, chalky finish. PEAT is darker and moodier, with a textured black-brown glaze painted by hand.
Both are the same FORM 01 shape and take the same refill.
